Account and billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Threshold → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
On the web: sign in at thethresholdapp.com, open Profile, and click Manage Subscription. You'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel or update your payment method.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged the selected plan price.
How do refunds work?
iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and Apple will review your request.
Web subscriptions are handled by us. Email threshold@athletemindset.appwithin 14 days of the charge and we'll process your refund.
I lost access to my account — how do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile → Account → Delete Account, or email threshold@athletemindset.app from the address on file. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, plans, training history, and chat messages. Backups are purged within 30 days.
Training and plans
My plan feels too hard / too easy. What do I do?
Tell the AI coach in the Coach tab — it can adapt upcoming sessions based on your feedback. You can also regenerate an entire block from Plan Options if your fitness or goals have shifted significantly.
Can I sync with Apple Watch / HealthKit?
Yes. Threshold reads your workouts, heart rate, and running metrics from Apple Health so your plan adapts to what you actually ran. HealthKit data is used solely to inform your training — we never sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy → Health → Threshold.
Does Threshold replace a coach or medical advice?
No. Threshold is a training aid built on published research. It is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, a licensed coach, or a physical therapist. If you have a pre-existing condition or experience pain during training, consult a healthcare professional.
